NOTE:
This Section of my site is dedicated to Gundam Wing, and the bishonens Duo, Heero, Quatre, and Trowa. Wufei isn't a bishonen, but i'll put him up to for the Wufei lovers

Histories
Heero Yuy

In Episode Zero, we find out that Heero was raised by a man named Odin Lowe (not his father) who is an active assassin. He takes Heero along with him, telling people he's his son, but they both know that that's not true. Odin Lowe teaches Heero about his profession but dies unluckily. Heero gets his first chance to complete a mission (Odin's last) by detonating something After that, he's is picked up by Dr J who simply asks him if he'd like to pilot a gundam. It is Odin who tells Heero to live by his emotions, moment to moment, and says something about the time they spent together not being so bad.

Duo Maxwell

Duo Maxwell grew up on the streets of the L2 colony as an orphan, somewhat of a leader among orphans. He gets in trouble stealing food but a priest Maxwell of a church lets him go. Duo convinces his orphan friends to try stealing from the Federation. They get caught but the priest intervenes again and Duo goes to live at a little church with Sister Helen and the kindly priest. All is well as Duo lives in peace and gets his hair braided. They have a conversation about how Duo doesn't believe in God but he believes in Shinigami (the God of Death) because if there was a God, He would stop the war. Tragedy strikes when discontented colonists/soldiers taken in by the Church get fiesty and demand that the priest stop preaching about peace. The priest is hurt and Duo exclaims that if they leave him and sister Helen alone, he'll steal the mobile suit they want. So Duo blitz attacks the Federation and steals a suit only to return to find the Church in flames, the priest dead and Helen dying. Later in time, Duo, the only survivor of the "Maxwell Church Massacre" declares himself Shingami, the God of Death.

Trowa Barton

Trowa, we know, has no real name. He was separated from his parents and older sister when he was just a baby (yeah, he really is a Bloom). He ended up in a mercenaries camp, a soldier all his life, learning to suppress his emotions in order to do what needs to be done. One day he comes across a lost girl named Midii Une (yep, must be Lady Une) and takes her into his camp. At first they get along and he saves her life. She gives him a cross necklace, saying God will protect him. The she betrays his mercenary people to the Federation and the people who raised Trowa die, though he is spared. Midii explains that she had no choice because she has a family and home to protect and how she envies Trowa his emptiness and freedom. Trowa denies any such "happiness" and says that at least she has a home to go back to. After destroying her transmitter, he leaves her in the road and decided to go to space.

Quatre Rebarbera Winner

The Winner family has lived in the colonies since the beginning. In the colonies, there were birthing problems in the beginning, especially in the winner family. However, Quatre's real mother had a natural birth and died from it. Quatre did not know this and grew up bitter thinking he was a worthless test-tube baby like all of his sisters. En route to Earth (which he doesn't think too kindly of) he falls in with the Maguanac Core during an attack. Rashid demands of the Winner family that the Maguanacs be allowed to return to the Earth from the work in space. Quatre doesn't think he'll make much of a hostage because he must be unloved, but his father assures him that's not true. The Maguanacs agree, telling Quatre that they too are test-tube babies and every bit as much of individuals as himself. When the shuttle is attacked by the Federation, Quatre decides to fight with the Maguancs. Rashid gives him his goggles, making him the captain, and Quatre leads the Maguanac Core to victory in battle. Rashid declares him a friend and demands he be called Master Quatre, but the Maguanacs already love him Quatre then promises to one day go to Earth to stay with them.

Wufei Chang

Wufei is of the Dragon clan lineage, which have a tradition of marrying at fourteen (that's gotta be weird). Wufei's clan was banished to a remote colony for rebellion in China, but they continue to be fighters. Except for Wufei. Wufei's chosen bride is Meilan, a fiery girl with excellent fighting skills, excellent bloodlines, and a passion for her people. Wufei is a disgruntled scholar. Needless to say, they don't get along. Once they have a little fight and Wufei wins, showing that he has skills he simply has no desire to use. Wufei thinks the war is dumb. Meilan is angry that he won't help. The Scientist once asks Wufei what the gundam he is building should be called. Wufei doesn't seem to care, but names it Shenlong. Then the Dragon Clan are attacked. Meilan decides to fight as Nataku and pilots the Shenlong, even though she is not strong enough to handle it. Wufei is angry and frightened for her, but she can't be stopped. When all's said and done, Meilan dies wanting to know if she was strong enough, if Wufei was proud of her, if justice had been or ever would be done. Thus Wufei decided to the fight for her, renaming Shenlong Nataku and searching for justice.

Relena Darilan

Relena's short little history begins with her psedo-parents remarking that she is so reserved and serious. Sometimes she is made fun of by the other girls in her school. She also hears how her house might become a refuge for soldiers. Once, her friends laugh at a dirty boy who is refused entry into the school because of his low class. This upsets Relena very much, but she is too late to change it (the boy is Heero oddly enough). Later, she is held hostage by a soldier and rescued by Zechs (after learning her name) She thinks he is prince descended from the sky (he says as much and it's more or less true). She is released and tells no one. At her school, she learns that there has been a terrorist operation nearby, and deduces that the young boy she had seen before must have been a part of it.
